New Hardware and Software

I finally pulled my finger out and bought a new laptop today.

The one thing that has been slowing me down a whole heap is the fact that all my PP work is done on a old laptop with no screen that is plugged into my LCD Tv with a serial lead.

I'm beginning to think this is effecting my colour correction because all the pictures Ive processed lately just don't look right. Not to mention the laptop has had several near death experiences which have slowed down its operating speed.

I've also ordered Lightroom 3.

So Lightroom 3 coupled with a decent laptop will help out a whole heap. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of HDMI out and the 18" monitor :D
